1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 98ok ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). Key definitions used in these Terms are provided below:

• "Platform" — The 98ok website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Account" — A member's own registered user account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted as part of a promotional offer, usable subject to specific conditions.

2 Account & Registration

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

• If age is declared falsely at registration, the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.
• If it is proven that a minor has used an account, all related transactions will be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions at 98ok are simple, fast, and secure. Detailed terms regarding deposits and withdrawals are provided below.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits from another person's payment account are not allowed — the payment method must be registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Requesting a withdrawal before an active bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

98ok offers various promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000. Or a ৳16,000 deposit receives a ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳31,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once — the same bonus cannot be claimed again.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• 98ok reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Game Rules

All games on the 98ok platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all members.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Attempting to deliberately influence the outcome of any game is prohibited.
• In sports betting, markets are available only for ongoing or upcoming events; the date, time, or outcome of any event is not guaranteed.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, we will attempt to refund the bet amount.
• Playing using multiple accounts, bots, or automated methods is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to act against the platform's interests ("Collusion") is prohibited.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting financial fraud, chargebacks, or claiming bonuses through improper means.

The actual real money balance will be returned before account closure; however, in cases of fraud, funds may be held until the investigation is complete. Members may also request account closure at any time.
